REUNION COMING FAST!!!

The Davis Family Reunion is right around the corner!  June will be here before we know it and we will all be together in sunny San Diego.  We just visited the campground this month and the rain has made all the plants and lawns lush and green.  By June the gardens should be in full bloom!

CONFERENCE CALL MAY 27 - 6pm PST

Hello all!  Well the Reunion Committee and others have been plugging away to get everything in line for JUNE 22!  As part of the preparation and growing excitement for this event we have arranged for a telephone conference bridge to try and get everyone on the phone at once to review the reunion, ask questions and get your feedback for any last minute changes to the planning.


So, here's how it works - 5 minutes before 6:00pm (CA time, 7:00pm UT time) on SUNDAY MAY 27th everyone will dial the toll free access number:

You will be prompted to dial your participant code and then the # key:

If you're early, you'll be placed on hold until the Reunion Committee host arrives.   We may check and see who all has joined and then begin in a listen only mode for the initial welcome and announcements, to be followed by questions & comments.

This call will only accomodate 20 participants, so please call in family groups and have everyone share a speakerphone, otherwise some of us won't be able to join the call.   Hopefully this will work without a hitch and be fun to get more details about the Reunion.

TALENT SHOW ACTS?

Don't forget about our family talent show!  Usaully we all forget and scramble at the last minute to find something fun to do, right?  We've started to record these and capture what are always memorable moments.  This year we hope to compile a Video tape as well as the CD recording of the event.  Let's start planning now and put even more preparation into it this
year !

FAMILY DUES

This is an area that seems to go unnoticed for some of us and would really help to provide additional budget allowances for family business, helping our own in need and extra Reunion expenses.  I know we're all shelling out good money for our trips to San Diego, but please make room for the $20/family that is asked every two years.  We try to collect this before
each Reunion and would appreciate your initiative - thanks everybody!

REUNION PAYMENTS

Many of you have made your reservations and some have paid in full. We need the rest of you to get your money in a.s.a.p. We can save money on food and other things by having resources available to take advantage of sales on food items or other things for the Reunion.

RESERVATIONS ARE IN!

Most of the family members have now reserved their kabins - THANK YOU to everyone for being so prompt with your confirmation and finances.


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

We are able to take your payment on a credit card if you would like all the way until MAY 22nd.  The KOA Campground will charge your specified amount and apply it to our account.  You can make credit card payment arrangements personally with Lane or by going to the "What's it cost?" section of the website.
